These trees are now 6 years in the ground, and have again produced oil with intense, bright fruitiness and green characteristics that is very high in polyphenols producing that requisite “pungency” we all look for in \u003ci\u003eOlio Nuovo\u003c\/i\u003e. I should say, I am enamored with this variety and think it continues to produce some very luscious, full-bodied oils…Yay!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBut for now, let’s get to what we are here to announce…the blending of the 2025 KATZ December’s New Oil, Olio Nuovo.
